Add "Encyclopedia" To Word With "Macro".

The Internet is like an encyclopedia, which contains all kinds of information.

We are using

When you edit documents, you need to search some information from the Internet at any time. You only need to open IE first and then enter the search engine web site to complete the search. It's very troublesome.

In fact, we can write a paragraph in Word.

"Directly start IE and automatically open the search engine home page, which is very convenient to use.

The first step is to start Word and press the Alt+F8 key to open the macro window.

In the macro name, enter the name of the search engine, such as "Baidu" (here to add Baidu, for example, the way other search engines are created). Then click the Create button to open the Visual Basic editor.

The second step: enter the following code between "Sub Baidu ()" and "End Sub":

As shown in Figure 1, click the Save button on the toolbar to save the code in the generic template.

The third step: turn off the Visual Basic editor and return to the Word main interface. Click the tool to customize menu command, open the custom window, switch to the command tab, then select "macro" in the category, select "Nomail.NewMacros.Baidu" in the "command" on the right side (see Figure 2), drag it to the appropriate location in the toolbar, right-click the button on the toolbar, choose "naming", give the button a name, such as "Baidu search", and close the "custom" window after completion.

The fourth step: when you need to search for information on the Internet, just click the Baidu search button on the toolbar, automatically open IE and appear Baidu search page.
