New Regulation On The Export Of Synthetic Leather
The Wenzhou customs reminds exporters that, from 1 days of this month, please export the goods to the customs supervision place as soon as possible, and handle the declaration and inspection procedures in time to ensure that the export of the goods is successfully cleared. Customs officials in Wenzhou say that this policy has great impact on Wenzhou enterprises.
It is reported that since November 1, 2008, the Wenzhou customs will formally enable the decision of the export goods arrival report. The so-called "arrival report" refers to the record of the actual arrival of goods and articles submitted to the Customs by the operator of the customs supervision place when the goods and articles are pported to the customs supervision place.
According to the Customs Law of the People's Republic of China and the regulations on declaration and management of import and export goods of People's Republic of China customs, it is permitted for AA and category A enterprises to go through customs formalities in advance within 3 days before the export goods are pported to the customs supervision area (including the special customs supervision area). For enterprises with B class (including B class), the declaration procedures can only be handled by the arrival report.
