In the international clothing industry, the slogan of "low carbon" is changing from concept to dress and fashion.

Today, this trend has been blown to the Chinese market.

Low carbon into the clothing industry, China's manufacturing is duty bound.

Li Ning Co media said that last year, the Lining brand worked with Japanese companies to develop an environmentally friendly fabric ECOCIRCLE, and launched a series of recycled clothing, bringing the concept of low carbon fashion to China for the first time.

Recycling refers to the purchase of polyester clothing from the old clothes recycling station, the sending into the factory, and the regenerated polyester fiber fabric made by crushing, chemical reaction and polymerization.

The clothing made of such fabrics will mark the "ring" mark on the label, the more marks, the more times it represents regeneration.

This process will reduce the energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions of ecosphere system by about 80%.

It is reported that the first global standard of textile and apparel recycling (GRS) has also been introduced recently. A management alliance named certification organization has divided the product recovery standard into three grades: copper, silver and gold standard.

The gold standard requires the product to contain 95%-100% recovery materials. The silver standard product contains 70%-95% recovery materials, while the copper standard contains less than 30% recycled materials.

After this standard certification clothes will be hung with gold, silver and copper signs, so that consumers at a glance.

Lining took the lead in responding to low carbon consumption, and urged consumers to buy less clothes at the press conference of clothing brands, becoming the leader of low carbon consumption in China's textile industry.

Many domestic clothing brands also belong to the earliest responders of "low carbon economy". They spend huge sums of money to buy high-tech equipment and employ high-end talents to produce and monitor a series of "green" products. They actively respond to "energy saving and emission reduction" and save themselves a lot of money.

The seven wolves, nine dragons, tiger, Qipai, four Hailong and other brands are also more inclined to environmental protection and low energy consumption in the choice of textile fabrics.

Clothing also has "carbon emissions".

Clothes can also increase carbon emissions? It sounds incredible, but that's the truth.

Any clothing, from the cotton or linen growing in it or in the ground, will consume resources. After bleaching and dyeing, it will become yarn and fabric. After the production, logistics and use of garments, it will eventually be burned and degraded. Every production process will have carbon emissions.

According to the most common cotton and chemical fiber fabrics, our wardrobe produces at least 1000 kilograms of carbon dioxide a year because of new clothing.

Once you choose clothing with color and pattern, plus leather, wool and other clothing, your wardrobe adds more than 1000 kilos of new clothing every year.
