This Year'S South Africa &Nbsp; B2B&Nbsp; Target Of Procurement Activities: Clothing And Textiles.
Next month, South Africa will host an all African sourcing event aimed at attracting buyers and retailers from all over the world to meet face to face with textile suppliers, garment suppliers and apparel suppliers on the African continent.
Once a year, Africa - to - business procurement activities have been held for five years. This year is sixth years. About 70 companies around the world will take part in this year's procurement activities, including buyers from the United States and Europe, international purchasing companies, retailers in South Africa, and textile and garment producers.
In particular, such procurement activities represent a cost-effective approach that will facilitate trade links and help buyers purchase textiles, clothing and decorations from dozens of production enterprises in sub Saharan Africa.
The event is scheduled for one to one negotiations, including the procurement, outsourcing and sales demand of each participant.
Since 2007, the B2B activity has contributed to joint ventures, partners, new businesses and investments of more than US $20 million, according to the southern African global competitiveness center, sponsored by the US Agency for international development.
