However, this requires in-depth understanding of the hopes, fears and dreams of each team member.

When they invest time, they will reciprocate.

Dare to set high goals for every team member.

People tend to go up or down to achieve the desired level.

Even ministers can do this - it's really helpful to have a strong civil service.


4. set goals with bosses.

Let's go back to the first point, that is, it is necessary to set a clear agenda.

It is important to solve these problems as soon as possible if there is bad news.

It is easy to achieve these goals by setting low targets.

In the political world, ministers who fail to set clear goals early are always very disadvantaged in the organization. They will be blamed for failing to achieve some goals they do not know at all.
