Three. Working mechanism

The leading group office is located in the Ministry of industry and information technology, and is responsible for the daily work of the leading group. The director of the office is concurrently appointed by Comrade Zhu Hongren, chief engineer of the Ministry of industry and information technology.

The adjustment of the leading group members shall be submitted by the member units to the leading group office and submitted to the leader of the leading group for approval.

The leading group is a phased working mechanism and does not belong to the newly established coordinating body for deliberation and negotiation.
