Monitoring is to regularly monitor the turnover of personnel in selected enterprises and individual economic organizations, analyze the causes and trends of attrition, and grasp the economic operation situation in time, so as to timely introduce policies and measures to help stabilize the posts.
Of the 30 enterprises in Xi'an, 17 are manufacturing, 5 are wholesale and retail, 3 are construction, 2 are pportation, 1 are tourism, 1 are financial and insurance, and 1 are warehousing.
In the month of 1~6 this year, the number of employees in these 30 monitoring enterprises was 50714, 50490, 50816, 50506, 50660 and 50743 respectively.
The change in the number of employees in these enterprises has become a barometer of employment in our city.

In April, due to the adjustment of the industrial structure of a large enterprise and the pfer of personnel with business to the monitoring area, the employment decreased.
In March, May and June, enterprise employment continued to increase, and even some enterprises had jobs without recruiting suitable employees.

According to the briefing, our city will gradually increase the number of monitoring enterprises, expand the scope and content of monitoring, monitor the changes in the employment of enterprises throughout the city, grasp the loss of jobs in key industries in the period of economic fluctuations, and provide the basis for taking targeted measures to prevent and control unemployment, so as to further promote employment and stabilize the employment situation.
