Textile Printing And Dyeing Stone Lions

Recently, the textile printing and dyeing industry base in Zhejiang Province, Su Lu, Guangdong and four provinces held a signing ceremony for the copyright protection and cooperation agreement in the textile market in Shaoxing County, Zhejiang Province, which touched a lot on the textile and dyeing industry of Shishi.

Fujian and Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shandong are also known as the 5 major provinces of China's textile and dyeing industry. Fujian accounts for 15% of the total printing and dyeing capacity of the country. Shishi occupies a pivotal position in the printing and dyeing industry of Fujian. However, the four places of Shishi textile printing and dyeing industry and China's important textile and printing and dyeing industry base are Zhejiang, Shaoxing, Fujian, and Shandong.

Last year, Shishi textile printing and dyeing industry suggested that we should learn from the practice of Nantong in Jiangsu and protect the intellectual property rights of new technologies, new processes, new fabrics and new products in the industry so as to encourage and promote enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities.

However, at this time, Zhejiang Shaoxing County, a major city of printing and dyeing, has been listed in the national intellectual property pilot list of enterprises and institutions. Nantong, Jiangsu, has been a research and demonstration center of the World Intellectual Property Organization's excellent copyright protection case.

China's important textile printing and dyeing industry bases have gone to the intellectual property feast.

Shishi textile printing and dyeing industry started late in the field of intellectual property protection, but also made some achievements.

However, compared with the requirements of China's printing and dyeing industry base, or from the industry's innovation ability, the number of patent applications is not enough, and the degree of self protection is far from enough.

For a long time, Shishi textile printing and dyeing industry has ignored the role of intellectual property. For example, after the successful development of imitation Tencel fabrics, it has been highly sought after in the domestic and foreign textile market. 90% of the world's imitation Tencel fabrics are from stone lions.

However, Shishi printing and dyeing enterprises scrambled for talent, digging technology and winning the market, reducing the processing cost of imitation Tencel dyeing from 3.5 yuan / meter to 1.8 yuan / meter, or even lower than the cost of processing.

Volume is bigger but not money.

At the same time, many enterprises claim that they should have the right to create imitation Tencel.

In the process of technological innovation, enterprises should invest a large amount of human resources and resources, while the cost of counterfeiting is very low. The prevalence of counterfeiting is seriously dampening the research and development enthusiasm of Shishi technological innovation printing and dyeing enterprises and hindering the healthy development of Shishi textile printing and dyeing industry.

At present, the counterfeiting of Shishi printing and dyeing industry is not as blatant as it used to be, but it also occurs frequently.

One company has developed innovative fabrics that sell well in the market, with orders of 40~50 million meters per month. The good market effect has led to the appearance of imitation products. In the past six months, the technology of cottage fabrics has gradually matured and is quite close to the original fabrics.

Shishi textile printing and dyeing industry has been deeply aware that the lack of attention to intellectual property protection is the biggest injury in the industry. It is urgent to take effective measures to effectively protect intellectual property rights.
