A senior management at Arvind textile factory said today that the company plans to invest 8 billion 500 million rupees in the next five years to expand its core business and new businesses.

Today, Arvind textile mill owns 39 billion rupees, and is the fourth largest denim manufacturer and exporters in the world.
In fact, in the early 1980s, the company launched the India denim revolution and introduced the denim into the domestic market.
Lalbhai said its core textile business composite annual growth rate (CAGR) grew by 15%. The company plans to expand denim production from the current 110 million m to 150 million M next year.
In addition, three years after the closure of the Mauritius plant, the company is reconsidering its establishment in Bangladesh.
