心有多大,舞台就有多大。高尔基说过一句话:一个人的奋斗目标越高,其所激发的动力就愈大。古有言之:哀莫大于心死。这些看起来都风马牛不相及,实际上却反应了一个共同的道理:心态决定一切。凡做事前,心态好是前提。做陶瓷销售亦是如此,前不久看一陶瓷行业报,上面一位陶瓷销售同仁在谈优秀业务员的条件时,第一点就提到心态的重要。笔者因感之同道,故触感而发。

Some manufacturers' salesmen, who can not find customers in the market development, complain that products are not good, the company's strength is not good enough, and the market is not good; if the customer talks about problems, they push the responsibility on the products; the customer loyalty is not high enough, and they complain that the service system of the manufacturers is not perfect; if the sales performance fails, they complain that the wages are not good enough, and they are not in the mood.

The mentality of a salesperson is actually the guiding ideology, soul, spirit and good mentality of all work, study and life. It is a correct, rational, objective, multi angle and multi-faceted view of people and things around.

To grasp the essence of things is to be calm and passionate, subjective and objective, and to be active in life.

A bad mentality is to avoid difficulties when faced with difficulties, to retreat when faced with difficulties, to take advantage of cheap ones, to learn to be crazy by taking a little achievement, and finally to make a mess of work and life.

同路人曾经沧海桑田、曾经巫山浮云;曾经多少回遭人白眼、横眉冷对;又多少回苦尽甘来,蓝田玉暖。因为,它本身就是一个高压力、高要求的职业。我们必须要能经受挫折、经受风雨,才能显英雄本色,宝剑锋从磨砺出,梅花香自苦寒来。所以,我们面对一些生活路上、工作路上所赐予我们的酸甜苦辣,都要能以一种感恩的心态去接受,笑对生活,方能做好业务,才能成为一个优秀的业务员!
