The government also said that the current tax law has been used by many companies in a bad way. They are evading taxes through small businesses.


According to reports, the new tax law stipulates that the profit tax rate of enterprises will be 25% in 2010 and 19% in January 1, 2011. It will drop to 18% from January 1, 2012 and 17% from January 1, 2013 to 16%. For small businesses with an annual turnover of less than US $400 thousand, the 5 year profit tax is exempt from the 10 year profit tax on hotels and light industries.
