French Shoes And Clothing Sales Fell 4.1% In January

According to the economic analysis of French fashion Research Institute, French textile and apparel sales fell 4.1% in January this year. There are two reasons. First, the start of this year's reduction is compared with last year's shift from January 6th to 12, and missed a week. Therefore, the basis of comparison is different. In terms of products, the sales of household cloth products increased by 2.9%, and the total textile products increased by 2%. The sales of women's outfits, especially women's suits, dropped by 0.8%, the number of women's underwear and footwear decreased by 1.9%, women's small items dropped by 5%, men's small items dropped by 6%, men's underwear and footwear decreased by 11.1%, and children's wear decreased by 4.9%.
