The Sampling Rate Of Children Clothing In Gansu Has Improved Slightly.
The Gansu Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau recently announced the results of special supervision and inspection of children's clothing products in some parts of the province, showing that the passing rate of physical quality was 79.3%, a slight improvement in the same ratio.
The 140 batch of 7 cities in Lanzhou, Baiyin, Dingxi, Tianshui, Zhangye, Jiuquan and Qingyang were surveyed.
Children's Wear
The inspection method of uniform inspection rules, uniform inspection time and uniform basis of inspection is adopted by the inspection institutions in the whole province. It mainly tests the fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, color fastness to water, color fastness to rubbing, saliva fastness, acid fastness, alkali sweat fastness and product marking of children's clothing.
The results show that the quality of 111 batches of 87 enterprises is qualified, which involves personal health and safety.
Formaldehyde content
The qualified rate of color fastness is high, and some famous brands such as Barbara and BEIR are of better quality, and some small businesses have more quality problems.
The quality problem found in the spot checks is mainly that the pH value of 11 batches of products exceeds the requirements of the national standard. The mandatory national standard GB18401-2003 stipulates that the pH value of infant clothing should be within the range of 4 to 7.5, and the measured product.
PH value is alkaline.
There are 16 batches of products whose fiber content is not consistent with the actual detection components. If some products show cotton as 100%, the actual detection is polyester 100%, 7 batches of rubbing fastness and 1 batches of saliva color fastness are not qualified; at the same time, 18 batches of products are not qualified.
