Duty


A. assistance

Executive director

Organize monthly and quarterly evaluation, and finish the work of statistics, sorting and publishing in time.


B. is responsible for

Marketing

C. is responsible for daily maintenance of personnel files of marketing system staff.

E. handles employee recruitment, registration, entry, appointment and removal, relocation, rewards and punishments and separation procedures.


F. other matters assigned by department manager.


Duties of administrative clerks


1. assisting supervisor in recruiting personnel.

3. assist the supervisor in the preparation and subsequent work of the education and training for new recruits.


4. establishment and control of personnel files in the whole plant.

5. investigation and assessment of probationary personnel.


6. responsible for the whole plant personnel alteration work.

7., the whole factory rewards and punishments procedures.


8. sign, sort and classify all kinds of data.

(factory process documents / internal liaison / external liaison / conference materials / training materials / attendance information / reward / punishment information / personnel information etc.


9. daily / monthly attendance check for the whole plant.

(daily / monthly attendance daily report / monthly manpower flow statistics / leave, holiday processing / usual check card, supervisor card / overtime application procedure, etc.)


At the end of 10., relevant reports should be collated and handed over to finance.


At the end of 11., new cards and meal cards were issued. At the beginning of the month, all the employees of the factory were checked and handed in to the financial department last month.
