Guangdong, Macao Signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement On Garment Industry

Guangdong apparel and apparel industry association and Macao productivity and technology pfer center signed the 16 day in Guangzhou.

The strategic cooperation agreement of Guangdong and Macao garment industry is another new way to further strengthen the cultural exchange of clothing and costumes, realize the sharing of costume design resources and improve the level of clothing design after the signing of the strategic memorandum of cooperation between the Guangdong clothing and apparel industry association, the Guangdong apparel Designers Association and the Hongkong Fashion Designers Association last year.

As a practical action to implement the strategic cooperation agreement of Guangdong and Macao garment industry, during the 2011 China Liuhua International Fashion Festival and Guangdong fashion week, four Macao representative designer brands will hold 2012 spring summer Macao designer brand joint press conference, and will carry out exchanges with Guangdong fashion design industry.

The Guangdong apparel and apparel industry association said it would recommend some representatives of fashion designers to participate in the MaCao Fashion Festival 2012 held in Macao in October this year.

On the 16 day, the 2011 China Liuhua International Fashion Festival and the Guangdong fashion week also received special support from Hongkong Trade Development Bureau and Guangzhou Taiwan Funded Enterprises Association, and will display the new trend of the four costumes culture development through the series of brand costumes exhibition activities such as "Hong Kong Style", "Australia sentiment" and "Taiwan Wind", so as to promote the new exchange of four costumes culture.

For example, Shi Xiyu, a well-known environmental designer in Hongkong, will be the representative of Hongkong designers who is recommended by the Hongkong Fashion Designers Association to bring new dress products in 2012.
