In the third quarter, the price of children's clothing on both sides of the same season rose by 10~20%.
Cost
The increase has offset the price gains. It is estimated that the overall profit of this year is about 8% lower than that of last year, and EPS is estimated at about 1.5 yuan a year.
The mainland's salary level has increased by about 15% this year, and the rental cost has increased by about 15%. In addition, the urban maintenance and construction tax, which is not levied on domestic and foreign capital, has also increased. Therefore, in the second half of the year, the average sales price of Taiwan products has been raised by 10~15%, while the mainland area has increased by 15%~20%.
However, the annual increase in operating expenses is still higher than the increase in product prices.
Reap profit
The annual profit will be reduced from 20% to 48 million yuan, and the annual profit of the whole year will be reduced by 8% to about 300 million yuan.
Due to the increase in capital stock, the company's earnings per share after tax will be reduced by about 18% this year to about 1.45~1.5 yuan.
Looking forward to next year, due to the year of dragon, the number of births is expected to rise.
