Industrial use

The Forum on textile cluster innovation and development was held in Shaoxing, Zhejiang.

This is the third consecutive year for the local industry to undertake the Forum on industrial textiles, and the first two focuses on subdivision applications. This year, the industrial development will be linked to the regional economy, and will be fully preheated for the upcoming 12th Five-Year plan of industrial textiles.

Taking into account the theoretical height and practical significance, the forum invited experts from key industries in China's major industries to discuss with experts from Donghua University and other key institutions, and commended China's industrial textiles.

Another reason for choosing a forum in Shaoxing is that in today's scarce industrial cluster, there is a place called "China's nonwovens famous town", the summer town of Shaoxing county.

The so-called "cluster innovation" is the general keynote of the forum agreed by the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association and the Xia Lu town government at the beginning of the year, aiming at driving the new round of growth with the experience of cluster models and backbone enterprises.

Wang Wei, deputy director of the Department of consumer products of the Ministry of industry and information technology, participated in the "12th Five-Year plan" of the industry, and revealed that the main guiding ideology is to solve the problem of "more than three, three or less", that is, the number of products is high and the number of high-grade varieties is small.

As the leading mode of industry development, the current only 7 industrial clusters account for less than 10% of the total industry, and R & D capability and professional personnel training need to be improved and breakthroughs.

Wang Wei said that in the past, the implementation of the national special funds for new and high technologies, and the way to distribute them to the local areas.

From next year, the central government will focus on the distribution and use of special funds, especially in the technological pformation of enterprises in the cluster, and increase support for production and service enterprises.

To strengthen the sense of the times held by the forum, stimulate

innovate

Enthusiasm, Gao Yong, vice president and Secretary General of the China Textile Industry Federation, said: "textile associations in several countries have recently mentioned" perception of national strength with textiles ".

When Britain had 40 million cotton spindles and 70 million spindles around the world, Britain dominated the world for 100 years. From the end of nineteenth Century to the beginning of twentieth Century, when the United States had 70 million cotton spindles and less than 120 million spindles in the world, the United States dominated the world for 100 years. Now China has 120 million cotton spindles, more than 50% of the world's total, and twenty-first Century will be China's century.

Regardless of whether this statement is accurate or not, there will be no doubt about the development of China's textile industry.

Gao Yong believes that as long as the industrial textiles and textile equipment are strong, our country can be called a powerful textile country. At present, there are still gaps between these two fields and the leading international level.

The application of industrial textiles covers almost all areas of national life, but the number and type of clusters are extremely incongruous with their status.

While exploring how the existing clusters develop innovation, we should also actively train a group of reserve forces.

Integrating the essence of communication, Li Lingshen, President of China Industrial Textiles Association, highly condensed the core concept of Cluster Innovation: "the biggest obstacle to industry innovation comes from cognition, resources, power and organization.

At present, most excellent enterprises gain advantages through expanding capacity, importing equipment and creating economies of scale in competition with their competitors. Enterprises with evergreen foundations are seeking value innovation and releasing new demands, so that enterprises and buyers can achieve value leaps.

In his view, innovation is the essential feature of upgrading industrial clusters, and technological innovation constitutes the driving force for upgrading industrial clusters.

The upgrading of industrial clusters is manifested as social upgrading in a wider range.

The upgrading of China's textile industry cluster at this stage is not to pform all the enterprises in the cluster into high-tech enterprises, but to develop them into innovative clusters.
