Aiming at the characteristics of the company's production wastewater and the requirements of the production process, it collaborated with the Zhejiang Provincial Academy of Sciences to design a partial discharge of the sewage to the first level discharge standard, and some parts of the waste water treatment reached the standard of reusing water at the depth, which met the requirements of the production process and was used for production, and achieved the unification of water conservation and pollutant emission reduction.

"According to the current operation analysis, after a period of reuse, the reclaimed water can completely meet the requirements of the production process, and the product quality is not affected. According to the statistics of the existing production reused water, the daily reclaimed water is about 300 tons, accounting for 40% of the total sewage treatment capacity. It can save 90 thousand tons of water and reduce emissions for the whole year."

Qian Yulin told reporters that at present, the company is planning to adopt further in-depth treatment so that reclaimed water can be used in every production process to increase the proportion of reused water, so that the company can increase production without increasing pollution, and strive to achieve the goal of increasing production and reducing emissions.

Qian Yulin said that the company is currently planning to cooperate with the Sichuan University of Electronic Science and technology, plans to introduce a number of automatic water supply systems, from the source to save water, while saving dyes and chemical auxiliaries, saving water 20%, saving dye 12%, saving 15% additives.

In terms of energy conservation, the use of steam traps and heat exchangers for hot water recovery and utilization will greatly reduce energy consumption, further improve the efficiency of energy conservation and emission reduction, strive to save 25% of water and 45% of water reuse.
