Xia Nong said that opening to the outside world should speed up the research and formulation of policies and measures for further opening up the service sector, implement the supporting measures to the already clear requirements for opening wider to the outside world, unify domestic and foreign capital laws and regulations, promote orderly opening of productive service industries, and release foreign investment access restrictions in the fields of architectural design, accounting audit, trade and logistics, e-commerce and other services.

Opening to the interior should further liberalize market access and encourage social capital to develop productive forces in various ways.

He said that we should vigorously expand the development space of producer services, encourage qualified enterprises to set up branches overseas, encourage enterprises to use e-commerce to develop international marketing channels, encourage the establishment of overseas investment and trade service agencies, and provide advisory services for enterprises to go out.

At the same time, we should actively explore, practice bravely, give full play to the role of various pilot projects in the service industry, and encourage social capital to participate in the comprehensive reform of the national service industry.
