The measures explicitly require that all units should organize meals or arrange banquets in the name of the conference, strictly prohibit the collection of meeting fees and set up "small Treasuries", and strictly prohibit the payment of official hospitality fees in conference fees.

All units should strictly implement the standard of meeting rooms, no high-grade Suites should be arranged, strictly control the type, quantity and weight of dishes, arrange buffet meals, strictly prohibit the provision of high-end dishes, do not arrange banquets, and do not smoke or wine.

No fixed assets such as computers, photocopiers, printers, fax machines, and other expenses that are not related to this meeting shall be used for meeting expenses. No tours for meetings or visits to the conference shall be organized; no high consumption entertainment and fitness activities shall be strictly prohibited; Souvenirs shall be issued in any name; no additional toiletries can be dispensed.

Implementation of training quota

In accordance with the newly promulgated "training fee management measures", a training plan compilation and examination and approval system has been established.

The annual training plan formulated by each unit's training department is approved by the financial department of the unit and submitted to the unit's leading office meeting or Party group meeting for approval.

The training fee refers to the expenses directly occurring in the training of various units, including accommodation, meals, training venues, lecture fees, training materials and pportation expenses.

The training fee per district is 450 yuan per person per day, the training fee in the district is 400 yuan per person per day, and the training fee in the city is 380 yuan per person per day.
