How To Draw Up A Contract For Sample Sales?
Seller: (hereinafter referred to as Party A)
Buyer: (hereinafter referred to as Party B)
The agreement for the sale and purchase of goods by mutual consent is as follows:
Article 1 ordering goods from Party A to Party A, Party A delivers the same goods with the same sample as Party A on the same day. Party A shall deliver the goods to Party B within days.
Second party A shall notify Party B to postpone the date if it fails to deliver the goods on time or only for part of the delivery.
If Party B is injured, Party B may claim compensation, and Party A has no objection.
Third, if a natural disaster or other causes of force majeure causes Party A not to deliver the goods on a timely basis, or to make full delivery, it may be postpone.
However, the number of such days should be agreed by both sides.

Each yuan is RMB 1000 yuan, a total of RMB 10000 yuan, and the delivery should be paid in full.
If Party B fails to pay the bill, Party A may terminate the delivery of the goods and stipulate that the payment shall be made for a considerable period of time. If the party fails to deliver the goods within the specified period, Party A may terminate the contract.

Fifth if Party B foresaw that the payment could not be made at the end of the date, it could inform the party a date of delivery on the date of delivery one day before. If Party A does not agree, Party B can rescind the contract, and if it causes damage to the other party, it shall be liable for compensation.

If the sample is not the same, Party B may request the replacement or rescission of the sales contract. Party A has no objection.
Therefore, Party B will be required to pay compensation for damage to Party B.
If the price of the seventh goods rises or falls, the parties shall not advocate increasing or decreasing the contract, or cancel the contract by reason.
