Sidelights On The Sixth "China'S Ten Major Textile Technology" Press Conference

The leading technology of polyacrylonitrile filament and the key technology of conductive fiber industrialization, breaking the monopoly of foreign companies, and developing the technology and equipment of Lyocell fiber industrialization. In June 20th, as a series of activities of the seventeenth China Strait innovation project achievements Fair (also known as "6 18"), 2019 China Textile Science and technology achievements docking conference and the sixth "China ten big textile technology" press conference were held in Quanzhou, Fujian.

Again, Lyocell fiber is known as the most potential green fiber in twenty-first Century. It is a highly difficult project recognized by the international fiber industry due to its stringent industrial solubility conditions, high difficulty in spinning, high demand for solvent recovery, high production cost and complex equipment and control system. This technology has been monopolized by foreign companies for a long time, and has adopted strict technical blockade. To this end, China Textile Science Research Institute Limited has set up a set of technology and equipment for producing Lyocell fiber from China in 1998 after 18 years of research and development, and has become the world's second company with independent intellectual property rights. It has become the world's second company with independent intellectual property rights industrialization technology of Lyocell fiber. At the end of December 2018, the single line annual output of 30 thousand tons of new solvent cellulose cellulose industrial production line was successfully put into operation. 1 years ahead of schedule, it completed the industrial plan of the national "13th Five-Year" single line annual output of 30 thousand tons, and the overall technology reached the international advanced level.

In addition, the preparation technology of two component spunbond superfine fiber (diameter up to 3~5 m) nonwoven material developed by Tianjin University of Technology, Dalian Hua Lun and Ji'an Sanjiang microfiber has also broken the technical monopoly of foreign countries in this field, and has realized the industrialization of key equipment for two component spunbonded superfine fiber non-woven materials.
