Lanxi Joint Colleges And Universities To Train Textile Talents

Recently, Lanxi and Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and other institutions jointly set up textile class news, many textile enterprises in Lanxi have organized a group to sign up.

Textile industry is a traditional pillar industry in Lanxi. It has more than 1600 textile enterprises, 147 regulated enterprises and 60 thousand employees. In recent years, the textile industry in Lanxi has developed rapidly, forming a large well-known and influential industrial cluster. However, it is also faced with challenges such as low profit margins, poor innovation, insufficient talent support and rising factor cost. In order to solve the problems of less professional talents and difficulty in introducing the textile industry, Lanxi worked with Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Zhejiang Normal University, Zhejiang Textile and Fashion College and Zhejiang Textile and Fashion College to develop higher diploma education and increase the training of local textile talents.
