GF Securities Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as GF) is the sponsor and underwriter of the first public offering of Shanghai Yat Yun textile chemical Limited by Share Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "company") and listed on the main board of the Shanghai stock exchange. In September 2018, Mr. Wang Xin and Mr. Zhang Peng were appointed sponsor representatives during the company's continuous supervision. The company continued its supervisory duties, which lasted from September 12, 2018 to December 31, 2020.
Recently, the company received a written notice from the sponsor's office that Mr. Zhang Peng, one of the sponsors of the initial public offering and the continuous supervision of the listed company, was responsible for the company's initial public offering and continued supervision of the project. To ensure the orderly conduct of the follow-up work, Ms. Liu Huijuan, the representative sponsor of GF Securities, was replaced by Mr. Zhang Peng as the sponsor representative during the company's continuous supervision, fulfilling the company's continuous supervisory duties.
