People Are Not Smart But Hard At Work.

Hard WorkHard Work

When recruiting employees, my first concern is whether the candidates are tough.

If you want to be a tough person, these are the things you must do.

If you have used archetypes, you will understand that failure is a necessity to perfect the prototype system.

When your prototypes are initially guaranteed 70% success, implement your ideas and get information from them for further improvement.

Innovation needs failure, but schools are teaching us to avoid failure.

When we are trying to do something by high intelligence children, we constantly remind them not to make mistakes, which is actually a kind of harm to them.

We have deprived them of their right to learn.

When I recruit new employees, I am looking for people who have experienced the first failure and once again have the interview after summing up their experience.

I not only need employees who take risks, but I need employees who can sum up their experience from risk and failure.

Tenacity is a force of resilience.

Tenacity

It is hard work without recognition.

Jeanne Parke, chief executive of Julep, is a friend of mine. She once talked to me about the problem that she and her peers found, that young employees have a common character in their work. They work for themselves, not for the whole team.

Do you want to become a tough person? Try to make the whole team progress, not just for you.

Rely on your team to keep up with your team.

Take this as a goal and pcend the limitations of selfish interests.

According to the latest research, 80% of graduates want their future employers to enter.

Workplace

While providing vocational training, in fact, only 50% of the graduates can receive training.

Tough people can learn by themselves.

If you have the idea of learning new knowledge, you must act immediately.

Try your best to pursue your goals and show your interviewer how you want to do something in an interview. You show skills and tough character.

For employers, IQ doesn't mean anything. The name of a school on a diploma doesn't mean anything.

Throw away these messy symbols and tell us what kind of people you are.

Do not rely on any name, character or score to show you a real, confident self - that is tough.

This is what we want to see. You will never regret it if you go with it.

In my capacity as CEO, I talked about my view of toughness.

But toughness applies to everything.

No matter in the company or in the school, and even in life, perseverance can make you outstanding.

The core of tenacity is progress.

Struggle

Never surrender in pursuit of passion.

Seeing more people's ups and downs in the innovation economy, I always think that IQ is not so important in the workplace.

Not only that, but if you take IQ too seriously, it will become a burden.

I believe that the real reason for the ups and downs in the innovative economy is not smart, smart, lucky or lucky, but "tough".
